Hawaiian Spicy Butter Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:
• 10 shrimp
• 10 garlic cloves
• 1/4 onion
• 1 lemon wedge
• Optional: pineapple and cilantro (for garnish)
Sauce:
• 2 tbsp TK spicy sauce
• A pinch of pepper
• 1 tbsp cooking wine
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
Finely chop the onion.
Finely mince the garlic.
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back, removing the vein, and making deep cuts.
Place the prepared shrimp in a bowl, pour 1 cup of water, add cooking wine, and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Heat a frying pan, add oil, and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the shrimp, mix once, then add TK spicy sauce. Stir well while sautéing.
Finish by adding a pinch of pepper.
Serve with pineapple on the side as a garnish.
