Hawaiian Spicy Butter Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

   •   10 shrimp

   •   10 garlic cloves

   •   1/4 onion

   •   1 lemon wedge

   •   Optional: pineapple and cilantro (for garnish)

Sauce:

   •   2 tbsp TK spicy sauce

   •   A pinch of pepper

   •   1 tbsp cooking wine

   •   2 tbsp butter

   •   1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the onion.

  2. Finely mince the garlic.

  3. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back, removing the vein, and making deep cuts.

  4. Place the prepared shrimp in a bowl, pour 1 cup of water, add cooking wine, and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

  5. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.

  6. Add the shrimp, mix once, then add TK spicy sauce. Stir well while sautéing.

  7. Finish by adding a pinch of pepper.

  8. Serve with pineapple on the side as a garnish.
