Spicy Pork Tacos
Ingredients:
thinly sliced pork 200g
1 green onion
1/4 onion
1/4 cabbage
Shredded cheese
Fresh cilantro
(Optional: diced tomato, kimchi, avocado slices, cucumber slices)
Tortillas
Sauce:
2 tablespoons TK Spicy Sauce
1 tablespoon water
A pinch of black pepper
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions:
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix TK Spicy Sauce, water, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
Add the pork to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Finely chop the cabbage and onion. Slice the green onions into small pieces. Prepare any optional vegetables (e.g., dice the tomato, slice the avocado and cucumber).
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated pork until browned and fully cooked.
In a clean pan, lightly toast the tortillas on both sides.
Assemble the tacos by adding the cooked pork, chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, and fresh cilantro to the tortillas. Add any optional ingredients as desired.
Serve warm and enjoy
