Bulgogi Burger

Ingredients:

            •           250 g ground beef

            •           Tomato

            •           Onion

            •           American cheese

            •           Lettuce

            •           Hamburger buns

Sauce:

            •           3 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce

            •           Black pepper

            •           1 tsp sesame oil

            •           1 tbsp ketchup

            •           1 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce, and black pepper. Mix well, then add the sesame oil and combine thoroughly.

  2. Slice the tomato and onion. Soak the onion slices in water for a few minutes to remove their sharp flavor.

  3. Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise to make the burger sauce.

  4. Shape the ground beef into burger patties.

  5. Toast the hamburger buns in a hot pan with butter until golden.

  6. Fry the patties in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, brush the patties with the remaining 1 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce and top each patty with a slice of American cheese. Remove from heat.

  7. Spread the mayonnaise-ketchup sauce on the buns, place the patty on top, and layer with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Assemble the burger and enjoy!
