Bulgogi Burger
Ingredients:
• 250 g ground beef
• Tomato
• Onion
• American cheese
• Lettuce
• Hamburger buns
Sauce:
• 3 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce
• Black pepper
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, 2 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce, and black pepper. Mix well, then add the sesame oil and combine thoroughly.
Slice the tomato and onion. Soak the onion slices in water for a few minutes to remove their sharp flavor.
Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise to make the burger sauce.
Shape the ground beef into burger patties.
Toast the hamburger buns in a hot pan with butter until golden.
Fry the patties in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Once cooked, brush the patties with the remaining 1 tbsp TK Bulgogi Rib Sauce and top each patty with a slice of American cheese. Remove from heat.
Spread the mayonnaise-ketchup sauce on the buns, place the patty on top, and layer with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Assemble the burger and enjoy!
