Spicy Pork Belly
Ingredients:
pork (neck or front leg) 400 g
1/4 onion
2 green onions
Sauce:
4 tablespoons TK spicy sauce
1 tablespoon grated garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
A dash of black pepper
Instructions:
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine the pork with the seasoning ingredients (TK spicy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper). Mix well to coat the pork evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to marinate.
Chop the onion and cut the green onions into long strips.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated pork until almost fully cooked.
Add the chopped onion and green onions to the pan, and stir-fry for another minute or until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with lettuce leaves and other fresh vegetables for wrapping.
