Bulgogi
Ingredients:
3/4 lb thinly sliced beef
1/4 onion
3 soaked shiitake mushrooms
1/2 carrot
1 green onion
Sauce:
3 tablespoons TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Thickly slice the onion.
Remove the stems from the soaked shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Thinly slice the carrot.
Chop the green onion.
In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce, water, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds). Stir in the chopped green onion.
Place the beef in a bowl, pour the marinade over it, and mix well to coat the beef evenly. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.
Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with rice or as part of a meal.
