Bulgogi

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb thinly sliced beef

  • 1/4 onion

  • 3 soaked shiitake mushrooms

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1 green onion

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Thickly slice the onion.

  3. Remove the stems from the soaked shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.

  4. Thinly slice the carrot.

  5. Chop the green onion.

  6. In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (TK Bulgogi Kalbi Sauce, water, sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds). Stir in the chopped green onion.

  7. Place the beef in a bowl, pour the marinade over it, and mix well to coat the beef evenly. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes to marinate.

  8. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.

  9. Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until the vegetables are tender.

  10. Serve hot with rice or as part of a meal.
