Japchae
Ingredients:
beef 150 g
carrot 50 g
onion 50 g
wood ear mushrooms 20g
spinach 100g
vermicelli noodles 100g
Beef Seasoning:
1 tablespoon TK BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Noodle Seasoning:
2 tablespoons TK BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Soak vermicelli noodles in water to soften.
Slice the beef into small pieces.
Make the beef marinade by mixing the “Beef Sauce” ingredients and marinate the beef.
Chop the carrots and onions.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then squeeze out the excess water.
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in hot water until softened.
Sauté the onions and carrots until tender.
Cook the beef in a heated pan until fully cooked.
Boil the soaked vermicelli noodles until tender, then drain them in a sieve.
In a heated pan with plenty of oil, fry the vermicelli until transparent. Add TK BBQ sauce and mix well.
Add the sautéed vegetables, cooked beef, and spinach to the vermicelli mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Finish by adding sesame oil, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Serve warm
