Sodduk Sodduk
Ingredients:
tteokbokki rice cakes 300g
mini sausages 300g
Wooden skewers
Sauce:
2 tablespoons TK Tteokbokki Sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
A pinch of black pepper
A pinch of sesame seeds
Instructions:
Thread the rice cakes and mini sausages alternately onto wooden skewers.
In a small bowl, mix TK Tteokbokki Sauce, ketchup, honey, and black pepper to make the sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly oil it. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the sausages are browned and the rice cakes are slightly crispy.
In the same pan, cook the sauce mixture for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush the grilled skewers generously with the sauce.
Finish by sprinkling with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
