Kalbi Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 200 g sliced short ribs

  • 1/4 cabbage

  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1 green onion

  • 1 tomato

  • shredded cheese

  • cilantro

  • tortillas

  • cucumber

  • red radish

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons TK Bulgogi Kalbi sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

  • ground pepper

  • sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bulgogi sauce by mixing TK Bulgogi Kalbi sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper, and sesame seeds.

  2. Slice the green onion and mix it into the sauce.

  3. Marinate the sliced beef with the sauce.

  4. Cut the cabbage and red onion into thin strips. Dice the tomato into small cubes. (Optional: Slice cucumber and red radish into thin rounds.)

  5. Heat a pan and grill the marinated beef. Once cooked, cut it into small pieces.

  6. Make sriracha mayo by mixing equal parts mayo and sriracha.

  7. Toast the tortillas in a clean pan.

  8. Assemble the tacos by adding the beef, vegetables, shredded cheese, cilantro, and sriracha mayo to the tortillas.
