Korean Style BBQ Wings
Ingredients
• 6 chicken wings
Seasoning
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tbsp cooking wine
• 4 tbsp flour
• 3 tbsp TK Bulgogi BBQ Sauce
• 1 tbsp corn syrup
• 3 garlic cloves
• 3 dried chili peppers
• Ground peanuts
Instructions
Use a fork to poke holes evenly in the chicken wings (to ensure they cook evenly when fried).
Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then add cooking wine and massage well to remove any odor.
Coat the seasoned chicken wings evenly with flour.
Heat oil in a pot until it reaches frying temperature.
Fry the chicken wings until they are crispy and golden brown.
Slice the garlic into thin slices and cut the dried chili peppers with scissors.
Heat a frying pan, add some oil, and stir-fry the garlic and chili peppers until fragrant.
Reduce the heat to low and add TK Bulgogi BBQ Sauce and corn syrup, stirring to mix well.
Once the sauce begins to bubble, add the fried chicken wings and coat them evenly in the sauce.
Plate the chicken wings and sprinkle ground peanuts on top before serving.
