Topokki

Ingredients:

  • rice cakes (tteok) 300g

  • 2 sheets of fish cake

  • 1 green onion

Sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons TK Tteokbokki Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • pinch of ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Soak the rice cakes in warm water while preparing other ingredients.

  2. Cut fish cakes into small triangles and slice green onion into strips.

  3. In a pan, combine water and TK Tteokbokki Sauce. Stir until well mixed.

  4. Drain the rice cakes and add them to the pan.

  5. Bring to a boil, then add the fish cakes and green onion.

  6. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Once the mixture boils and the rice cakes are tender, the dish is ready to serve.
