Topokki
Ingredients:
rice cakes (tteok) 300g
2 sheets of fish cake
1 green onion
Sauce:
6 tablespoons TK Tteokbokki Sauce
1 1/2 cups water
pinch of ground pepper
Instructions:
Soak the rice cakes in warm water while preparing other ingredients.
Cut fish cakes into small triangles and slice green onion into strips.
In a pan, combine water and TK Tteokbokki Sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Drain the rice cakes and add them to the pan.
Bring to a boil, then add the fish cakes and green onion.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Once the mixture boils and the rice cakes are tender, the dish is ready to serve.
